To what limit should we tolerate stress at the workplace?

It’s been a long time since I stopped enjoying writing.

Not that I don’t want to write or don’t have enough ideas to write on but it justs comes down to the environment you are asked to work in.

The people you work with or the things that are followed at your workplace matters a lot.

There is just too much that goes inside our heads while working.

Increased work pressure, constantly being looked down upon, unsatisfactory pay, bad work culture, stagnant growth, bad management are pretty constant when it comes to jobs in India.

It’s easy to advise people to switch but the cold truth is that finding a job which is consistent in creating an employee centric work environment is hard.

If looking for jobs is stressful as well as working in your current organisation, then how do you get out of this vicious cycle?

Is unemployment a choice?

Can unemployment be a choice?

Why does corporate jobs cannot offer their employees the peace and assurance required to lead a good life?

Why isn’t the relationship between an employee and his/her organisation mutual?

These questions have been running around, playing hoola hoops in my head for so long that I had to get it out.

Thank you for coming to my Ted talk guys, or a Ted writeup is it?

I feel better.
